Apparel must be returned within 45 days of an online order delivery.

Items must be in like-new conditions, unworn and with tags on. We do not accept any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Proof of purchase is required to return.

Accessories must be returned within 14 days of an online order delivery. Proof of purchase required to return.

Gift cards cannot be returned.

Items noted as nonreturnable cannot be returned.

Sale items cannot be returned.

Shipping fees are not refundable, unless you receive an incorrect item. We require photo proof of the incorrect item to correct any packing errors.

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Our returns and exchanges portal offers discounted rates for return labels that can be purchased directly on our website.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Some banks may take up to 10 business days to return the funds to you.
