📏 How to Measure Yourself
Measure Your Waist: Wrap a tape around your natural waistline (just above your belly button, where your body bends side to side). Keep the tape snug but not tight. Round up to the nearest inch.
Measure Your Inseam: Measure from the top of your inner thigh (crotch seam) down to the spot on your leg where you want the shorts to end.
1.5–3" = Short/athletic fit | 4–6" = Mid-length | 7–10" = Longer fit
Measure Your Bra Size: Use an unlined, non-padded bra.
Bust: Place the tape around the fullest part of your chest, keeping it straight across your back.
Underbust (Band): Wrap the tape around your ribcage, just under your bust.

How long does it take to ship?
After placing your order, it will be shipped in one business day from our facility in Cary, NC. From there, it depends on the shipping service you selected at checkout and your delivery address. When you place your order you will receive an estimated date of arrival from the shipping providers.

Joseph P I have been running for almost 30 years. These shorts are fantastic. Light material with great prints. Most important to me is the liner. When putting in the miles, as a guy, you want support for the ol' twig and berries. No man wants their junk jumbled after a long run or uncomfortable chafing on el capitan. Thus far, no complaints.
