It is a christmas gift. Concerned they are too small but will know more next week. Do they run small? Grandson has a 27 inch waist

Early Christmas gift :)

I got these in the men size XS because the women's ran out and didn't want wait since they're a early Christmas gift for myself during the Black Friday sale :) ! It shipped and arrived on time without complications and it fit just fine in since I'm 5'3 and roughly 110lb. Great material texture like my other ChikNLegs, the cut/fit was just a bit different since it was intended for men sizes but I'll get used to it and run comfortably.
