the role
We pick, pack, and ship the right products to the right person, as fast as we can!

Pick, pack and ship orders in a timely and accurate manner
- Meeting productivity metrics, such as orders packed per hour
- Meeting safety standards, such as keeping the warehouse area clean and organized
- Ensures that all inbound merchandise is inspected and correct as ordered
- May need to occasionally perform other duties and projects assigned by leadership
ideal qualifications
- Attention to detail
- Experience in e-commerce operations or warehousing is a plus
- Able to learn software needed for packing orders
- Works from office in Cary
- Must be able to lift up to 30lbs frequently
- Maintains safe work environment
- Flexible and adaptable
