the role
Our Business Analyst will be responsible for:
- Forecast inventory needs for 1000's of unique SKUs, taking into account high growth and seasonality
- Provide reports and analytical support to the sales team in order to bolster revenue through our wholesale channel
- Analyze retail sales data to find trends and opportunities to increase revenue
- Analyze operations data to improve efficiencies in the warehouse and minimize packing errors
- Evaluate product complaints and customer service issues; implement new systems to decrease customer questions and complaints
- Analyze Google and Meta Ads to find opportunities to improve performance while increasing spend
- Identify areas of improvement, new business opportunities, and new areas and responsibilities that they’d like to explore
Ideal Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, analytics, supply chain or related field; or equivalent experience
- Strong working experience with Excel
- Exceptional analytical and organizational skills
- Passion for running a must
