How long does it take to ship?
After placing your order, it will be shipped in one business day from our facility in Cary, NC. From there, it depends on the shipping service you selected at checkout and your delivery address. When you place your order you will receive an estimated date of arrival from the shipping providers.

Yep! We ship anywhere in the world. You can check the prices after putting in your address in the checkout. You will be given different options from shipping providers such as APC and DHL.

Kiley Morrison I'm not sure how I actually want to review my order. I ordered an item, payment went through, shipment confirmation and tracking...everything went through as normal. But when I received my package, it came with 3 different items that I didn't order and a note that said sorry the item you ordered is out of stock, hopefully one of these three will make up for it.
This was a Christmas present and I didn't have time to return or try to find what I actually wanted elsewhere. So I kept the "replacement" items.
While I appreciate their efforts to make it right, by offering 3 different items for the single out of stock item I payed for, I would have actually appreciated being notified that the item I ordered was out of stock BEFORE my payment went through, or my order shipped and just been able to cancel my order then instead of being stuck with what I got.

A.R. I love the bright colors and fun design! It’s longer than I expected, maybe longer than a typical lanyard. The bottom unclips and can fit in the back of the shorts pockets with keys, which I love.

Adelaide Sanders I ordered this choccy cow lanyard for my sister's birthday because she owns the choccy cow shorts. I didn't expect that she'd like the lanyard as much as she did! She said that it's one of the best birthday presents she's ever had. I personally love it too! It feels so soft and isn't itchy at all. It was a little bit long for her, being designed for people older than she is, but we just tied a little slip knot in the back and it's the perfect length. She hung her name badge on it when we went to our homeschool co-op the next Thursday, and she took the badge off the lanyard before she left because she didn't want to leave the lanyard at co-op (we don't take our badges home). All in all, a wonderful product that made for an amazing gift!
