📏 How to Measure Yourself
Measure Your Waist: Wrap a tape around your natural waistline (just above your belly button, where your body bends side to side). Keep the tape snug but not tight. Round up to the nearest inch.
Measure Your Inseam: Measure from the top of your inner thigh (crotch seam) down to the spot on your leg where you want the shorts to end.
1.5–3" = Short/athletic fit | 4–6" = Mid-length | 7–10" = Longer fit
Measure Your Bra Size: Use an unlined, non-padded bra.
Bust: Place the tape around the fullest part of your chest, keeping it straight across your back.
Underbust (Band): Wrap the tape around your ribcage, just under your bust.

Between Sizes?
If your measurements fall on the edge of two sizes, consider your preferred level of support:
High-impact activities (running, HIIT, sports) — size down for a compressive, supportive fit.
Everyday or lower-impact wear (lifestyle, casual, yoga, all-day comfort) — size up for a relaxed fit that still offers support.
