📏 How to Measure Yourself
Measure Your Waist: Wrap a tape around your natural waistline (just above your belly button, where your body bends side to side). Keep the tape snug but not tight. Round up to the nearest inch.
Measure Your Inseam: Measure from the top of your inner thigh (crotch seam) down to the spot on your leg where you want the shorts to end.

A Moore long enough to avoid any chafing, and they stay in place. If you put something in the pocket, it won't make you feel lopsided and extra heavy on the sided the with the full pocket, you'll move like normal

Sarah Oakley Bought 2 pair and they are nice but dont seem to stay high enough maybe I should have gotten a larger size not sure but I kept them because I didn’t want to have to pay to mail them back to exchange.
