Responsibilities

Our Business Analyst will be responsible for:

✔️ Forecast inventory needs for 1000's of unique SKUs, taking into account high growth and seasonality
✔️ Provide reports and analytical support to the sales team in order to bolster revenue through our wholesale channel
✔️ Analyze retail sales data to find trends and opportunities to increase revenue
✔️ Analyze operations data to improve efficiencies in the warehouse and minimize packing errors
✔️ Evaluate product complaints and customer service issues; implement new systems to decrease customer questions and complaints
✔️ Analyze Google and Meta Ads to find opportunities to improve performance while increasing spend
✔️ Identify areas of improvement, new business opportunities, and new areas and responsibilities that they’d like to explore

Ideal Qualifications

✔️ Passionate about running
✔️ Bachelor’s degree in business, analytics, supply chain or related field; or equivalent experience
✔️ Strong working experience with Excel
✔️ Exceptional analytical and organizational skills
✔️ Able to handle multiple projects simultaneously
✔️ Proactive, responsive, and upbeat
✔️ Integrity: Behaves in an honest, fair, and ethical manner
