Sarah Collova As I've been getting more into running, I've been looking for a good pair of split shorts. I am 4' 11', 145lbs, with a muscular body type. I ordered the XL. While I absolutely adore the pattern, the brand is true to its name, and these are not quite a 100% match for thick thighs and glutes. The front seam bunches up a little to accommodate. That said the shorts are not unflattering. I love the pattern and appreciate the pocket, and have already taken them on several runs.
I also have a pair with this same pattern, with the tight fit in the 3" inseam. Those ones I have in a L, and they are insanely comfortable and fit well.
Overall, I like these a lot, but, for my fellow gym girlies, who are blessed with the glute and thigh muscle-buidling genes, I'd recommend the 3" inseam running short from this brand instead for a better fit.
