How do I track my order?
You may track your order through the link provided to your email address after you placed your order.
 
How long does it take to ship?
Orders are sent out from Cary, NC within 24 hours after you place it. From there, it depends on your shipping service and location. When you place your order you will receive an estimated date of arrival from the shipping providers.
  
Do you ship internationally?
Yep! We ship anywhere in the world. You can check the prices after putting in your address in the checkout. You will be given different options from shipping providers such as USPS, UPS, and DHL.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

If you have any issues whatsoever, feel free to return or exchange your product using the instructions below, or send us a note (customer@chicknlegs.com) so we can find another solution for you.

How do I return or exchange my product?

Simply send back your shorts to the following address and include a note with your order number as well as instructions on whether the product is a return or an exchange. If the product is an exchange, please include what you would like it exchanged for, and if it’s a return, the reason why you are returning it. Please know we cannot accept any items that have been worn.
