I have several shorts. Just wore the Mardi Gras shorts twice. The waist band keeps rolling over instead of staying flat. None of my other shorts do that. Are these made differently?

Just wow I mean I was hoping to find them in fleet feet near me but I just waited and ordered online but the quality the freeness and everything else is just wow like best first pair of running shorts but one thing I dont like is how pricey they can be but i know you guys cant change that but overall amazing I got many compliments
