2021 Holiday Card Competition
CONTEST DETAILS:
- Open to all, where not prohibited by law.
- Maximum four people per team (you can have more, but the prize is limited to a max $140 value for the winning team 😉).
- You must complete your entry before midnight (11:59 PM EST) on Saturday, December 25th, 2021.
- Simply create a holiday card, post it on your Instagram feed, and tag @chicknlegsrunning in the picture before the deadline.
- There will be one winner decided by Team ChicknLegs based on the quality, creativity, and humor of your holiday card.
- The winners will each get a free pair of shorts to show off! (Maximum 4 persons per team).
- By participating in this contest, and submitting your card for the competition, you give full ownership of the card and outcome to Chicknlegs LLC, to be reproduced/reposted or not at their will.
- We have the right to shut down the contest at any time, and will investigate any possible cheating or tampering before determining the winner!
- No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win.
RULES AND REGULATIONS
ELIGIBILITY
The Contest is open to legal residents of their respective countries where not prohibited by law, who have a valid email account prior to the beginning of the contest. ChicknLegs has the right to verify the eligibility of each entrant.
DESIGN CONTEST PERIOD
The Holiday Card Competition begins on December 15th, 2021 at 12:01AM EST and ends on December 25th, 2021, Midnight EST (“Holiday Card Competition”). All entries (submissions) must be received before the time stated during that submission period. ChicknLegs reserves the right to extend or shorten the contest at their sole discretion.
HOW TO ENTER
You can enter the contest by posting your holiday card and tagging @chicknlegsrunning on Instagram. You can find the rules and regulations of the "2021 Holiday Card Competition" tab on the ChicknLegs Website.
WINNER SELECTION
One winner will be selected by our team based on the quality, creativity, and humor of your holiday card.
The winners will be announced on or about December 27th, 2021. Each entrant is responsible for monitoring his/her Instagram and/or email account for prize notification and other communications related to this contest.
If a potential prize winner cannot be reached by ChicknLegs within 15 days, using the contact information provided at the time of entry that potential prize winner shall forfeit the prize.
If a potential winner fails to comply with official rules, that potential winner will be disqualified.
PRIZES:
The winner will get a pair of their ChicknLegs shorts to show off for up to four teammates! (If you have a larger group, your team will win store credit of up to $140 value).
ADDITIONAL LIMITATIONS
Prize is non-transferable. No substitution or cash equivalent of prizes is permitted. ChicknLegs and representatives are not responsible for any typographical or other errors in the offer or administration of the contest, including, but not limited to, errors in any printing or posting or these official Rules, the selection and announcement of any winner, or the distribution of any prize.
ChicknLegs reserves the right to terminate, suspend or amend the contest, without notice, and for any reason, including, without limitation, if ChicknLegs determines that the contest cannot be conducted as planned.
In the event any tampering or unauthorized intervention may have occurred, ChicknLegs reserves the right to void suspect entries at issue.
ChicknLegs and representatives are not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate transcription of entry information, or any other error, human or otherwise.
INDEMNIFICATION AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
By entering the sweepstakes, each entrant agrees to indemnify, release and hold harmless ChicknLegs, affiliate and subsidiary companies, the social media platform, administrator, and all their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents from any liability, damages, losses or injury resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from that entrant’s participation in the sweepstakes and the acceptance, use or misuse of any prize that may be won. ChicknLegs does not make any warranties, express or implied, as to the condition, fitness or merchantability of the prize. ChicknLegs and its respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents disclaim any liability for damage.
PUBLICITY
By participating, each entrant grants ChicknLegs permission to use his/her name, likeness or comments for publicity purposes without payment of additional consideration, except where prohibited by law.
OWNERSHIP
By participating in this contest, and submitting your card design(s) for the competition, you give full ownership of the design idea and outcome to Chicknlegs LLC, to be reproduced/reposted or not.
