The role

You'll work closely with our founder and accounting team to ensure the smooth day-to-day operations. This role is pivotal as we scale up, and you'll have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the company's success!

• Manage accounts receivable (AR), sending invoices and payment reminders
• Manage accounts payable (AP), ensuring bills are paid on time
• Input purchase orders from retailers
• Handle correspondence, prepare reports, and manage tasks to optimize workflows for management team
• Restock office supplies on a biweekly basis
• Maintaining all necessary digital and paper records
• Assist with other projects assigned by management as needed

Ideal Qualifications

• Previous experience in a billing, A/R, A/P, office management or similar role is essential
• Knowledge of accounting and experience with bookkeeping tasks
• Experience with accounting softwares like Quickbooks and NetSuite, a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field preferred
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
• Excellent attention to detail
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• A can-do attitude
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Customer-focused mindset
