Responsibilities
Our Business Analyst will be responsible for:
- Forecasting inventory needs for 1000's of unique SKUs, taking into account high growth and seasonality
- Providing reports and analytical support to the sales team in order to bolster revenue through our wholesale channel
- Anaylzing retail sales data to find trends and opportunities to increase revenue
- Analyzing operations data to improve efficiencies in the warehouse and minimize packing errors
- Evaluating product complaints and customer service issues; implement new systems to decrease customer questions and complaints
- Analyzing Google and Meta Ads to find opportunities to improve performance while increasing spend
- Identifying areas of improvement, new business opportunities, and new areas and responsibilities that they’d like to explore

- Exceptional analytical skills
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Able to handle multiple projects and timelines simultaneously with competing priorities
- Integrity: Behaves in an honest, fair, and ethical manner
- During peak time frames, special events, or other circumstances, the schedule may include early mornings, nights, and/or weekends
- Bachelor’s degree in business, analytics, supply chain or related field; or equivalent experience
