📏 How to Measure Yourself for the Right Shorts Size
Measure the Waist
✨ All you need:
- 🧵 Measuring tape (or string + ruler)
- A well-fitting pair of shorts (optional for comparison)
Measure Your Waist
🔹 Wrap the tape around your natural waistline (just above your belly button, where your body bends side to side).
🔹 Keep the tape snug but not tight.
🔹 Round up to the nearest inch.
➡️ This is your waist measurement.
Measure the Inseam
🔹 Measure from the top of your inner thigh (crotch seam) down to the spot on your leg where you want the shorts to end.
🔹 Different lengths:
- 3–4" → short/athletic fit
- 5–7" → mid-length
- 8–10" → longer fit
➡️ This is your inseam measurement
📏 How to Measure Yourself for the Right Bra Size
Measure Your Bust (Overbust)
✨ All you need:
- 🧵 Measuring tape (or string + ruler)
- Unlined, non-padded bra
Measure Your Bust (Overbust)
🔹 Place the tape around the fullest part of your chest.
🔹 Keep the tape straight across your back and parallel to the floor.
🔹 Round up to the nearest inch.
➡️ This is your bust measurement.
Measure Your Band (Underbust)
🔹 Wrap the tape around your ribcage, just under your bust.
🔹 Keep it snug but comfortable.
🔹 Round up to the nearest inch.
➡️ This is your band size.
