Our e-commerce operations interns are an important part of our customer service, and we want our e-commerce operations interns to also learn and explore their potential in other areas of the business they’re interested in.
Responsibilities
As an e-commerce operations intern you are responsible for getting the right product, to the right location, at the right time; and to have fun!
The e-commerce operations associate is tasked with picking and packing, shipping and overall movement of inventory. Our e-commerce operations associates will be responsible for:
- Managing the receiving, warehousing, and distribution processes and procedures
- Ensures that all inbound merchandise is inspected and correct as ordered
- Picking, packing and shipping orders in a timely and accurate manner as assigned by leadership
- Meeting productivity metrics, such as orders packed per hour
- Meeting safety standards, such as keeping the warehouse area clean and organized
- Responsible for performing job duties assigned by leadership
- May need to perform other duties and ad hoc projects assigned by leadership
Ideal qualifications
- A ChicknLegs SUPERFAN!
- Passion for running, health and wellness is a must!
- Desire and ability to learn new technologies (software and hardware necessary to complete tasks)
- Attention to detail
- Ability to lift up to 49 lbs frequently
- Maintain a safe work environment
- Comfortable giving, receiving, and applying feedback!
- Must be enrolled in an accredited undergraduate program, with a HS diploma or GED
