Melissa Scheidel I ordered these for the girls XC team as a gift for being state bound. It was very easy to do on the website and I qualified for the free shipping. I hit enter and then freaked out. I had ment to upgrade the shipping as I needed them in a tight window. I reached out to customer support and had an answer quickly and they upgraded my shipping on the house. This is what great companies do. It was my error not there's, but because they took care of it, I will make sure to spread the word of how awesome this company is.
