🔹 Place the tape around the fullest part of your chest.
🔹 Keep the tape straight across your back and parallel to the floor.
🔹 Round up to the nearest inch.

Measure Your Band (Underbust)
🔹 Wrap the tape around your ribcage, just under your bust.

How long does it take to ship?
After placing your order, it will be shipped in one business day from our facility in Cary, NC. From there, it depends on the shipping service you selected at checkout and your delivery address. When you place your order you will receive an estimated date of arrival from the shipping providers.

Lee I was unable to update my previous review, but I would like to point out that Colin Cepuran is 100% correct they do cause chaffing for those of us with bigger thighs and not chicknlegs. Next time, I will wear compression shorts for these compared to the 4" mens shorts.
