2022 Plank Contest
How to Enter:
Record yourself planking in ChicknLegs shorts! Submit your video and time to marketing@chicknlegs.com.
You must complete your entry before midnight (11:59 PM EST) on Tuesday, July 5th, 2022.
This is an individual event. You can plank as a team if you're all in the video, but scoring will be done individually.
Open to all, where not prohibited by law.
Form:
- The plank must be done on your forearms and toes, exactly as seen in the IG video.
- Your back must remain flat from your head to your toes.
Two Winners:
- Based on time, simply who can plank the longest!
- Best USA / July 4th outfit (wearing it during the plank)
The two winners will each receive a free pair of ChicknLegs shorts of their choice. The winners will also receive unlimited inaugural Plank Challenge bragging rights!
The winners will be announced on Thursday, July 7th 2022 at 12pm EST.
Additional Considerations:
By participating in this contest, and submitting your time and video for the competition, you give full ownership of content to Chicknlegs LLC, to be reproduced or not at their will.
We have the right to shut down the contest at any time and will investigate any possible cheating or tampering before determining the winner!
No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win.

Rules and Regulations
Eligibility
The Contest is open to legal residents of their respective countries where not prohibited by law, who have a valid email account prior to the beginning of the contest. ChicknLegs has the right to verify the eligibility of each entrant.
Plank Contest Period
The plank contest begins on June 28th, 2022, 5PM EST and ends on July 5th 2022, Midnight EST (“Plank contest”). All entries (submissions) must be received on or before the time stated during that submission period. ChicknLegs reserves the right to extend or shorten the contest at their sole discretion.
Contest Entry
You can enter the contest by emailing your submission to marketing@chicknlegs.com and/or publishing it to Instagram and tagging @ChicknLegsrunning.You can find the rules and regulations of the "2022 Plank Contest" tab on the ChicknLegs Website.
You may submit as many entries as you wish.
Winner Selection
The winners will be announced on or about July 7th, 2022 at 12 PM EST. Each entrant is responsible for monitoring his/her Instagram and/or email account for prize notification and other communications related to this contest.
If a potential prize winner cannot be reached by ChicknLegs within 15 days, using the contact information provided at the time of entry that potential prize winner shall forfeit the prize.
If a potential winner fails to comply with official rules, that potential winner will be disqualified.
Prizes
The overall winner and best outfit winner will each receive a free pair of ChicknLegs running shorts.
Additional Limitations
Prize is non-transferable. No substitution or cash equivalent of prizes is permitted. ChicknLegs and representatives are not responsible for any typographical or other errors in the offer or administration of the contest, including, but not limited to, errors in any printing or posting or these official Rules, the selection and announcement of any winner, or the distribution of any prize.
ChicknLegs reserves the right to terminate, suspend or amend the contest, without notice, and for any reason, including, without limitation, if ChicknLegs determines that the contest cannot be conducted as planned.
In the event any tampering or unauthorized intervention may have occurred, ChicknLegs reserves the right to void suspect entries at issue.
ChicknLegs and representatives are not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate transcription of entry information, or any other error, human or otherwise.
Indemnification and Limitation of Liability
By entering the sweepstakes, each entrant agrees to indemnify, release and hold harmless ChicknLegs, affiliate and subsidiary companies, the social media platform, administrator, and all their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents from any liability, damages, losses or injury resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from that entrant’s participation in the sweepstakes and the acceptance, use or misuse of any prize that may be won. ChicknLegs does not make any warranties, express or implied, as to the condition, fitness or merchantability of the prize. ChicknLegs and its respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents disclaim any liability for damage.
Publicity
By participating, each entrant grants ChicknLegs permission to use his/her name, likeness or comments for publicity purposes without payment of additional consideration, except where prohibited by law.
