How long does it take to ship?

Anonymous Upon ordering this item, I had immediately realized I ordered the wrong item. I was unable to cancel the order so I placed an order for the correct item and had to wait for this item to be shipped before I could process a return. The item was never opened and instead I processed a return label and sent the item back the same day it was received. Tracking the shipment, the item was returned as early as 4 days ago but I never received my refund. Then 2 days ago, I emailed customer support to let them know I was looking for my refund of the unopened/new and returned item, also providing a copy of the shipment tracking that showed they had received it 2 days prior. After waiting 2 additional days, I never received a response or my refund.
