How long does it take to ship?
After placing your order, it will be shipped in one business day from our facility in Cary, NC. From there, it depends on the shipping service you selected at checkout and your delivery address. When you place your order you will receive an estimated date of arrival from the shipping providers.
Do you ship internationally?
Yep! We ship anywhere in the world. You can check the prices after putting in your address in the checkout. You will be given different options from shipping providers such as APC and DHL.
How do I track my order?
After placing your order, you will receive a link to your email address with tracking information.

Anonymous Update: A couple days later I did receive a refund. The process needs to be improved with ability to cancel an order within a reasonable timeframe and/or communication and shipping could be better. Otherwise product is great so I'm updating.
Upon ordering this, I immediately realized I ordered the wrong item. I was unable to cancel the order so I placed an order for the correct item and had to receive it before I could process a return. The item was never opened and instead I processed a return and sent it back the same day it was received. Tracking the shipment, the item was returned as early as 4 days ago but I never received a refund. 2 days ago, I emailed support to let them know, also providing a copy of the tracking that showed it returned. After 2 more days, I never received a response/refund.
